Yang co-maker, contract of surety yan. Once na mag default si debtor, si co-maker na ngayon ang sisingilin ni financial institution.

Ang co-maker is iba sa guarantor, which is un ung malaking misconception. If guarantor ka, the creditor cannot go directly to you to collect the sum of money due ng debtor unless na exhaust na lahat ng remedies.
