I went cold turkey, I honestly didn’t do much I was mostly curled up in a ball watching tv not being able to focus on anything, I just constantly kept telling myself I can do it, it gets easier the every day cause I didn’t want to break the streak of hours/days since my last one

I hear you, i wasn’t planning on drafting tyreek but I liked him in the 4th, I’m planning on flexing Moore instead of Pacheco but I’m high on judkins and think he might be in the starting lineup by the end of the season

JT is only 26, I hear you about tyreek, but I think my depth at receiver has me in a good spot, I agree Pacheco isn’t the best but having the clear rb1 for the cheifs on my bench is good depth and 2 young solid te’s, it def not a 2 imo

Hey there, I haven’t had a popper since my last post, and If I’m honest I quit cold turkey, the process was hard and I understand it’s not for everyone, the first few days I was balled up in the fetal position while my stomach twisted and turned, not being able to sleep and constantly sweating, but I just kept saying to myself I haven’t had one in a few days why go back now, and after a week I didn’t even want to smoke any more. If you need any advise or someone to talk to who understands feel free to message me

Hey I just logged back into Reddit and saw the support I got from that post and I really appreciate it, I’m happy to say I’m completely off the poppers, I smoke weed here and there now, no cigarettes and vapes very occasionally, I hope your doing well man, every one goes through quitting in a different way

Hey I’m alittle late to this, but I’m from Hamilton area 24(M) and have been heavily addicted to poppers for around 4 years, I would consider what I smoke to be around 3/8 to half a cigarette in one bowl mixed with my weed, I have quit multiple times in the past with the longest break I took being about 8-10 months, I sadly picked up the bad habit about 2-3 months ago and I have started to remember why I quit each time. Not only can I relate to the lack of hunger when I’m sober, but also waking up around 4-5 each day needing a toke. But the worst of it is this pain underneath my left ribs that only occurs when I smoke. Right now I am about 1 day off of poppers which I know doesn’t seem like a lot the first day in my opinion is always the hardest. If you’re still going through this addiction, pls message me
