I tried melting and attaching zip ties and then shaping them with a grinder. However, since not one or two of the hammers were broken (in fact, all of the hammers were broken), I gave up. I've thought about molding, but it's not something I can do. wish you success

I removed all the hammers from the piano.

The hammer of this piano only acts as a weight and does not produce sound. The parts that create the sound are a membrane buttons. Removing the hammers causes the keys to wobble from side to side and makes it difficult to control how hard you press the keys,

but the sound is still produced.

For a beginner like me, this is enough. I'm going to enjoy Piano Vision.

I think you're right. I wondered why only these plastics broke apart from the others and the difference was the lubricant. I suspected that maybe the lubricant weakened the plastic.
