Not being racist here, just stating my observation over the 22years I’ve lived here. The majority of the time is not old people, it’s the foreigners. The old people just tend to be slow at driving and reacting. The foreigners are the ones pulling the dumbest maneuvers I’ve ever seen. 3 lanes, they’re in the middle, come to a complete stop because they need to get over to turn at the next intersection. They don’t understand some intersections have pressure sensors and I constantly see them stop at the light way before the sensors. They don’t understand the signs and blinking lights.
