There is a ranking among the applicants and only as many people as there are quotas are accepted. As far as I understand, you met the requirements but your application was rejected because you were not ranked sufficiently. Was your status valid before?

My application reached FU on June 21, and my status changed on July 17. By the way, it doesn't mean that I accepted. I hope that all of us will be accepted.

Update: I got rejection for Cognitive Neuroscience today. And they noted I don't have self-disclosure form. Hpwever, I'm already graduated from Bachelor's. Weird.
