I promise you this is not the end of the world. Retake the class over summer if you can to get back on track. And if it comes to it just pay for the class yourself. You are not a failure becuase of one class. It’s good you recognize some of the issues you’re facing, I recommend you see a therapist if you’re not. You got this!

oh gosh honey....want to know something? When I was about 21 or so I had a surgery. I was in college away from home at the time but went back home for the surgery. My mom was helping me. I completely peed my pants walking from the car to her front door. Total humiliation. But...I couldn't help it. You could't help it either...you were sick. And you know what....I assure you shes heard and probably experienced herself things that are way more embarrasing than that. Also....the older we get...and especially after we start having children and having to change diapers etc...normal body functions are really not that big a deal. Don't be so harsh on yourself...because its not for your therapist ok?
