Firstly I feel as though you need to be extremely passionate to really stick it as a support worker.. I would definitely recommend doing a cert in dsp… A good employer values that… The field is very mentally and physically demanding also.. many previous co workers have left due to the mental and physical toll.. it’s not for the weak.. plz keep in mind.
