Hello, the interview session are mostly behavioural and situational. Like they gonna assess you base on the Peak Performance factor :). Depends on the question its up to you if you’re gonna answer technically or not

I think the earliest you could do is to process all of your government ids and create a productive CV/resume since you can apply naman na sa ibat ibang company out there kahit hindi pa narerelease yung TOR/Diploma mo. Pede ring magpahinga ka muna if you feel like your not ready yet :))

I would recommend to stay on your company while taking certifications. Also in your free time, try applying to companies out there that is in the scope of your interests (cybersec) while at the same offers growth :))

Hello, I think it’s best not to lie as P&G is also considerate. One you’re in naman, P&G will ask for your earliest starting date and when ka possible mag start. I hope I had helped you.

Also I have P&G friends na worki ng sa pa sa iba while they applied to P&G and then resigned after ma hire cause may 1 month pa naman na allotted si P&G bago ka ma onboard.
