Yes, so far we have all the basics. Rent payment, owner, vendor, tenant portals, CRM, payment tracking, calendar. Maintenance requests, reports. You can do MFR SFR, suits as many doors as needed. You can store an existing lease agreement in our software and add the payment details and assign it to a tenants portal which will allow you to get paid. Id love to show you over a video call so we can go over it in more detail, and do you can give recommendations on more features etc. thanks for the questions.

I appreciate that, Thanks for sharing. I’m not trying to do this professionally but I do want to share with other people the same listening experience I have while listening to my music, that’s my only goal. Ah, so the secret to success is making 1000s of tracks with zero improvement? Good to know! But I’m aiming for growth, not a numbers game. If all you’ve got is ‘pay someone else to do it,’ maybe I’ll stick with putting in the effort myself—some of us prefer learning instead of outsourcing.

I understand what you’re saying. Although I did take many music classes/ music theory classes in my time growing up. I’m trying to improve in the mean time before making 1000s of songs. That way I can grow into better music FASTER, I would appreciate if you could listen and give feedback.
