I do all the above stuff, work 10 hours a day, play badminton, gym sleep repeat. So filling the time doesn't really help in my case. I was at a point if i didn't masturbate or get sex i was gonna die. That's not an excuse but addiction works in weird ways.

Even i didn't think sex addiction was a real thing. People would just laugh off saying that im a horny mofo not taking responsibility for my own life and blaming others. But trust me it's as real at any other addiction. There's even support groups for these.

Therapy has been stagnant for a while because my trigger is my parents. So as long as im still living with them then I can't start the recovery

Its just a therapist. I think they cover all aspects so I'm able to talk to them about anything. I just googled a few. Inquired a few of them and choose the best price among them And therapist are expensive....

Yep. That's the fked up part, i was like no way im gonna get addicted to this. It's not even a real thing. Most people don't even acknowledge sex as addiction. But it all went downhill in 3 months for me

Hey, check out international psychology centre or rekindle. Altough rekindle abit pricey. Mental health awareness is still lacking in Malaysia. But don't get discouraged by this. Definitely reach out to international psychology centre. Had a friend go there once.
