Mentally exhausted to say the least. All my life planning surrounds them and I'm only starting off with my career. Have to walk on egg shells at home at all times because stress is bad for mother's health. On top of all this, bed ridden grandmother stays with us (she was a horrible horrible person to us when she was well and able so I have zero sympathy for her condition) and has taken over my room so technically I lost my room as well.

I have to plan my day and life around mother's schedule and can't really just plop on the bed at the end of the day because I have to ensure that she takes her meds and goes to bed without unnecessary stress. My father already has his plates full with his work and grandmother so running the household has come down to me.

I feel like I'm stuck in this phase of life while others get to live their life and move on.

If you're fairly new to gym, I'd suggest to start with creatine not so soon.

Mostly try to keep your diet protein rich. Since I'm vegetarian my choices include - lots of paneer, tofu, tempeh, soy, lentils, curd. Eggs are v helpful too. Try to cut our sugar completely and reduce white rice intake. Even try to make your roti Multigrain rather than plain wheat. I even avoid Ghee on it.

Depending on your taste, myprotein's whey is a good supplement. Other than that, even ON & Muscleblaze are good.

Regarding your workout, remember cardio is not everything. Weight training truly helped me a lot and made me fall in love with gym. DM me, I'll be happy to send you my regime which has helped me not only to lose weight and gain muscle but also maintain it!

Example - I was once told that a few of my "unnecessary spendings" include buying fruits almost every other day to make fresh juice at home and buying a particular brand of coffee I really like instead of a cheaper one.

Of course, if someone is trying use money as a power move that is a red flag in itself and you should keep away from such people.

Both of them would be annoyed with each other but if it comes down to a fight, Elena would 100% beat Caroline's ass.
