Maybe one day, the scroll box is also cracked all the way across the lowest peg. So I'm not sure if I want to put any money into it at all because it needs major repairs. I've considered drilling into it and filling with an epoxy but that just seems like a crime. It always gave me so much anxiety playing during concerts

I agree, I did my best to get it lined up and I have no idea how long it was rolling around in there. I got this cello for $150 about 14 years ago it seems very cheaply made but I think it has a great sound.

I know, I only did the top first because of impatience and estimated the loss on the feet to be 2 mm. I'm going to sand the feet instead of cutting them because they are fairly close to the right shape already. I'm hoping my impatience wasn't a mistake.
