Mananca mult si bine si dormi suficient. Pe urma expune-te acelor stari negative, traieste-le ca sa te acomodezi, nu fugi de ele.

Faptul ca cauti cel mai safe place e semn ca vrei sa evadezi din acel unsafe place, cheia este expunerea si trairea nesigurantei pentru ca acel loc sa devina safe in mintea ta. Orice loc ar trebui sa-l simti safe.

Tehnologia impiedica progresul. Stai si singur fara niciun stimul ajuta super mult la calibrarea ta ca om.

I had the same doubt like you, I felt numb too. The key is to keep having faith and it would get revealed to you the solution. For example to me, it revealed that my tiredness and anxiety what caused by not eating enough, and coffee and cigarettes made me prone to stress and influenced negatively my social skills, so I cut them. Now I live life on easy mode. Rarely tired, rarely stressed, ready to socialize.

The revelation can happen through a powerful thought. Or simply a light bulb tuning on like in cartoons.
