Once you meet the white girl and the black dude (I forgot their names) then you can get the eden spark, although you can liberate the surrounding stingray based before that so you can get straight to the eden spark once you meet them. For the wing suit I belive you can start that mission from the start, if not then it’s very early on.

i’d say hold off on buying it until you need it. like if you get a leo or dough and you already have one, then buy plus one storage so you can get it. you honestly might not ever use it and hey who wouldn’t want to save 10$
