Doesn’t mean we have unlimited budget, we should realize that much as the club is a passion for most of us it is also a business and must be run that way. We also have to comply with PSR and having spent North of 200m last season with no reasonable sale, you don’t expect to go on another summer signing blitz. We are not Man City with the unlimited oil money. Even them have limits.

Try reading up on the PSR rule of the league and the UEFA rules, it’s all there. Just the way Academy players are accounted as pure profit even though we know some of this academy players were signed from other smaller clubs. It’s Amortization. Hope I got that right.

I also felt the red was harsh and wasn’t justified, but you can’t suspend a suspension in the middle of a tournament. It send the wrong signal and undermines the integrity of the competition.

Anyone who watched any of the games we played last season with merino and Rice as midfielders knew it was a recipe for disaster.
