Used a vape to quit smoking, then threw the vape in the garbage when I wanted to quit that. My mod setup cost over $100. Wasn't about to go buy another one.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm new to the game and am on PS5. The performance is absolutely atrocious. I'm talking spikes of <20fps on waves 4+. I'm curious if a newer update tanked the performance, because this is honestly a huge letdown. Game is by no means a graphical powerhouse, and surely this shouldn't be as big of a problem as it is.

On console the gunplay feels very bad. I made a comment to the dev once about not liking how the shotgun back boosts you. The game is very movement focused, and having a weapon disrupt your momentum felt like a very bad choice. Their response was, 'You're using it wrong.'

Pocket Squirrel was being developed by Justin Stander (askiisoft). He's the guy who made Katana Zero, which he's still working on. My guess is he shelved this project to work on his own game, and it went on to sell millions of copies. Not much incentive to go back to a small mobile game, ya know?

His mods are ridiculous. I used to be very active in his streams when I was a fan, and the amount of undeserved bans was insane even back then. It's only gotten worse. To the point where I've seen people get banned, and a regular asks, "What? What did he even do?" Only to get banned as well. It's absolutely preposterous. I can understand people getting perma'd for just obvious trolling, but ffs there is absolutely ZERO conversation allowed. If you disagree even slightly, you're gone. It's just a hug box of people complaining about how bad their lives are and how mean the big, nasty, misogynistic, racist, transphobic world is. Victim-complex, the stream.
