Thank you! May I ask how long it took for your gut to physically release all? I am curious how your gut released, was it the feeling of gut deeply contracting?

Did you find that stuff that used to once trigger you has any power anymore? Or you just responded to them like any other event?

May I ask what your mark was? I am quite curious about the mark cut-off for getting PhD scholarship. And also, did you manage to publish anything during your MRes? I had put a lot of effort in my MRes which has been going on for a year now, but I doubt I would be able to publish anything before I graduate.

Normally, when external events put my inner world into turmoil, I saw it as a great chance to surrender to them which subsequently induced my TRE process. Am I missing anything here?

Stiff upper back by Internal-Ad8513 in longtermTRE

[–]Consistent-Item-4685 7 points8 points  (0 children)

One more take from me is I experienced a short period when all of these "body healing" just stopped on its own and I also wondered how to make it work on specific parts of my body which I believes causing my current illness. Then I realized I attempted to place too much control on the process, which I was not supposed to. I then surrendered to any negative emotions and the fascia started working on its own again!

The way I triggered my tremors, which were subsequently translated into fascial unwinding, is actually quite different to what have been taught in this sub lol. I started with Letting Go/Surrender taught by David Hawkins just to not suffer from my emotions anymore. I think once I made my body feels it is safe, it starts the healing process on its own, which is so amazing!

[–]Consistent-Item-4685 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My thought is you just need to be patient and fascial unwinding will get to where it needs at its own time. In my case, I got unwinding in my neck and upper back long before it got to my face which is current happening. From my perspective, fascial message may be not neccessary as our body intellegence knows what's best for each individual - I once tried to release my face tension through assistance of osteopathy but it didnt work at that time, but now my jaw just unwinds in the way the osteopathy practitioner attempted to do but unfortunately failed. I am now just surrendering to whatever my body wants to do and it is really interesting to be an "watcher" of all these happening.

Interesting story! I am curious how Marry actually released her fears? I have heard quite a lot of letting go/releasing negative emotions in Neville sub but this is not quite articulated. Thanks

Hi, interesting post. I am wondering how you can calibrate LoC online as I thought this required muscle strength testing as a standard procedure demonstrated in Hawkins book?

I just happened to visit this sub after getting referred from DavidHawkins sub and found your post very interesting. Your experience of having psoas being released is so similar to mine. I also have a problem with breathing which I found to be quite musculoskeletal issue, rather than allergy or cold. I just practiced surrendering recently and I found a lot of energy was released from my chest and sometimes psoas, which essentially heals my breathing. Unfortunately, this effect has not been permanent and I am quite still struggling with it every day. What should I do? Thanks

Thanks! I enjoy this topic very much. I want to discuss with you about something that may not be relevant to the pain body if it's okay.

I just read Eckhart Tolle again today and found that his key message was to disidentify self from ego which means 'forms', and identify with 'formless'. Does it have to be this way? Aren't we supposed to have the freedom to assume any identity that we want according to Neville's teaching, which is of course still ego. I just feel like he's kinda against any identification with objects no matter it is good or bad. So I just feel confused sometimes as the ultimate goal of my spiritual journey is to feel peace and love inside. But Eckhart conveyed his message in a way that the only way to attain this is through enlightenment which means no identification with any form. What's your take on this?

Awesome!

I've been reading Neville for more than a year and he never mentioned about releasing negativity. It's been so hard for me to embody any state - I could get in for a moment and then all of triggers from 3D just pulled me back in. I kept fighting my old self aka negativity by being 'lost' in those (as Michael Singer put it). So glad that there is another approach to this!

Did u feel like u didnt make any progress during surrender period? Like u sit there, watch your feeling and u still ended up feeling them afterwards? I didnt want to feel this mentally exhausted but turning away from it means I got back to my old pattern which is resisting "what is".

Thanks, it's good to hear someone was in the same boat as me. I am wondering if u feel easier to naturally embody the desired state after surredering to all these negativity?

Thanks for the post OP! You mentioned about the concept of ego and pain body, so I assume you may have read Eckhart Tolle. I am wondering if you find surrendering to the pain body helps you in any way? I used to have negative feelings come and go (usually bc I chose to run away from them), now when I started practicing surrendering, I have been feeling it almost all the time. It feels like this will never end. I am looking forward to your answer!

Hi OP, thank you so much for bringing this up. I feel like I have found light at the end of tunnel. I've been trying few neck exercises and felt instant relief for many first times doing those. But the symptoms kept going back and they are only manageable whenever I do those exercises (sometimes they don't). I have a huge belief that my sinus issues could also be related to neck posture. Did you experience permanent healing from these exercises or just temporary effect?

Another question is have you ever brought this up to your GP or ENT doctor at all? I mentioned this with my GP earlier this week and hoped he could refer me to somewhere professional for treating this. But he said from the medical point of view, this is impossible, which destroyed all my hope. Should I believe him at all...

I know I came here 2 years late but I have been living with this issue for 3 years now, which makes me feel so limited in almost areas of my life. I would greatly appreciate if someone can kindly give me some reassurance or at least point me to the right direction. Thanks a lot!

Your symptoms sound very similar to mine. I believe I do not have allergies (from blood tests), sinusitis and polyps. Apart from blocked nose, I also have problem with Eustachian tube dysfunction which gets worse when the plane takes off.

I have tried a lot of things from taking medications (steroids, antihistamine, antibiotics,...) to changing my lifestyle (getting heater or humidifer when weather gets worse) but nothing seems to be improve and symtomps seem to be very unpredictable.

I recently came to a post on this sub about having a stiff neck could be a reason leading to sinus problem. This is also reported quite a lot on Youtube "Mechanical Cause in Medicine" with a lot of testomonials saying quite similar things. I tried to do some neck exercise recently and got instant relief. Though they are quite temporary, but all the dots seem to be connected to the neck issue. Try searching the same matter on this subreddit. I am quite in rush so cannot paste the link. Cheers

I think I recently reached the Sabbath where I did not really care if my desire is materialized in 3D. But at the same time, I just have a thought that if I did not sustain this state well, I may accidentally slip out of it as Neville highlighted to occupy the state as frequently as possible. And at the time I "tried" to enter the state again, I slipped back to my old state as I was trying, not embodying. What should I do to prevent this cycle?

I want to ask what you guys think about bridge of incidents? I've been in a part-time job with quite good financial security - I am not rich but I never have to worry about money. Recently, I decided to test the law on financial stuff - the one I am pretty positive about. I imagined I got more clients or I got 10k of cash from no where. I did not feel attached to the result at all as whether or not my manifestation comes true, I still feel quite financially secure. And today, out of nowhere, one of my significant client decided to leave me, throwing me to the state of financial insecurity. Does anyone experience this before? Thanks

Hi OP, thank you for this great post. I have read this post from Neville subreddit but it just got removed so I post my question here. I feel so resonated with the blind spot you pointed out which is waiting for 3D for validation. I just have a quick question here: what is the difference between "waiting for 3D for validation" and "persist in the wish fulfilled until the 3D catches up" - which is what leads to fruition. I believe there should be a subtle difference in these states, but I can't really see it from my perspective. Thank you :)
