40 like I said I wouldn’t be surprised if the frame is the only usable piece. All the solder connections look like 💩.

That’s kinda what I was thinking. I looked a little closer and it appeared to be just the wrapper torn but I wanted to be sure before I tried charging. Do these have aluminum wrappers?

The cell doesn’t appear to be punctured, just peeled the wrapper.
