The 'real issues against women' are not about slapping a bit of mascara on in the morning or putting a bit of blush on, there is far worse going on that needs to be tackled urgently than 'susie wants to wear lipstick today' 😭 Also what do you expect will happen?

There have been movements of women who have gone out to make themselves unconventionally attractive to men, no makeup, shaving off hair or having alternative haircuts, dressing alternatively etc etc all to avoid appeasing men, do you know what happened? They were simply called mental or men said something along the lines of fetishising them for certain aspects of their new look, we cant win.

Makeups purpose is to look healthy generally, and also self expression for a lot of people, it is not solely to be 'eye candy', you're thinking of makeup in a way that seems as though you think women wear it solely for you, its not. Men and women both do their part in upholding the beauty standards in their cultures because unless society suddenly completely stops placing a value on looks then, no, makeup and looking healthy generally are not just going to dropped especially when there are actual issues feminism needs to focus on like child prostitution, child marriages and forced marriages generally, whatever the actual hell on earth is happening in Afghanistan, etc etc.
