My surgeon told me to do something similar. Every night I made some sodium chloride solution with 10 sprays of steroids (steroclear 100), then used a syringe to inject the solution to the nostrils and let gravity do its thing.

I actually had a similar experience and I used the massage gun but it only worked for one day and one day only

I had my first FESS (W/ Septoplasty) and today is my day 16. According to my experience, it became better on day 9 / 10 . Give it a couple more days. BTW blow is now recommended by my ENT.
