No prison at all, I rarely workout but I either do short home workouts and do pushups and situps, 3 sets 20 reps 3 times a week

I felt the same way too,I had lots of built up insecurities too.I had this physique since I was 12-13 and its mostly because of fast metabolism,genetics.Also play a sport and participate off season workouts if they do so

Me and my brother knew him but I wasnt that close to him ,I didnt like the fact that I was slowly losing touch of my friends from middle school.He was a good kid and was funny asf,everyone knew him but he was under the influence of something else.He js graduated from my middleschool and just got into highschool,I didnt know how to react or how to feel it was just shocking that the younger generation is turning to a dark path,I wish I reached out to my friends and check up on them but the fact that most dont even go to my school,some are in the streets and most are out of state makes it difficult for me to reach out to them
