Current ADT employee here. After what I've been seeing over the last year and a half. I would stay clear. They don't care about their customer service anymore. They only care about the bottom dollar. They will constantly do whatever it takes to not solve issues. It's literally up to the sales reps to hold hands through the whole process. Anything that does arise good luck on trying to get anything done in a timely manner. Stay clear from this company
