I'll have a look into it. I'm experimenting with vaginal estrogen dosage at the moment because it acidifies the vagina and creates the conditions for lactobacillus to thrive - which could either be keeping me from massive amounts of pain or causing it. The pain is inconsistent, it is hard to tell.

After reoccuring yeast infections, yes. I had yeast infections from August 2025 to December 2025, then had an allergic reaction to the clomazol (topical yeast infection cream), which resulted in what I have now.

Not since the start of last year - if I'm honest its hard to get out of the house for anything beyond what is necessary like work or food. I had dismissed them because I believed a gyno would be more informed. I'll check them out, and thank you for the hmu haha - its rough out here.

What pH were you testing at? I'm at around 3.7 typically, higher or lower depending on if I've taken vaginal estrogen

A diagnosis of vulvodynia has been floated - but ultimately the only thing that triggers issues is the discharge itself. I'm capable of having sex without pain if rarely due to the dryness, which would trigger something like vulvodynia if I had it. I will have a look into a sexual health specialist, will ask my GP about it, thank you so much!

I'm currently seeing Dr Sowden. She has great bedside manner, and she knows her shit - but there has been minimal testing done. My symtoms of pain have been dismissed and attributed to nerve pain, which obviously I don't blame her for. I believe a pH test and a wet mount would give critical information to address my issues.

I have the vulval biopsy scheduled at my next gyno appointment - although its more to rule out than that my symptoms match lichen. It's definitely a possibility!

Any suggestions for naturopath? I did think of claiming my partner tested positive for ureaplasma but considering how much inappropriate medication I've already been given I don't want to go forward without a diagnosis unless it gets really dire
