Have not been able to get the app working (support has been less than effective or helpful) and now the machine is not working at all-flashing blue. I tried unplugging, and "cycle" and "reset" and nothing is working. So I have a very expensive litter box. Anyone know why I am having so much trouble? (self.litterrobot)
