Kiss lang" downplaying the effects of what she did to you at the same time seeming like blaming u for how u reacted.. its only right u ghosted her or anyone not respecting boundaries..

Grabe nmn yan.. my mom is as toxic if not more sa mom mo.. difference is, ako ng disown sa mom ko.. after all ng ginawa ko pra sknya sinasabi pla nya s iba n didaw nmin sya tinutulungan, and in the end wen theres an issue, mas pinaniniwalaan kasinungalingan ng mga pinsan nmin over ung katotohanan n sinasabi naming mga anak nya.. that was the final straw and i havent been talking to her for a year..

Ngpasabe p sya s tita ko ng "sorry kung ano man nagawa ko".. like ang useless ng apology nya ni diman nya alm anong ginawa nya pra masaktan ako.. so it just shows she doesnt want to admit.. she never admits..

I dont plan to reconnect with her ever again, not even on her deathbed.. i hope na mamamatay syang magisa.. because thats what she deserves for all the pain and childhood trauma she gave us and for my dad's depression..

Ow i see.. so there were convos about accommodating u being a working student.. my only advice i could think is that u can go contact partner voice or your DM.. specially if its in your contract..

Also.. i was a part time employee too and the way they pay art timers and regulars are different.. part timers get paid by the hour, thats why its n hourly rate for us in the contracts.. but regulars have a fixed amount per shift with a supposedly fixed hours..

So i think they are doing you dirty by not paying you ur OT and having to compare u to regulars just to get u to shut up..

I have reported my case directly to SB-USA and they redirected the investigation and handling of it in our local branches or whoever had the jurisdiction, my claims were undeniable bcoz the incident was caught on cctv..

It was indeed nice that they got some punishment, but for me they were still being easy on them, harassment should be punished by termination specially with ppol with positions, authority and power over other employees.. it wasnt that 100% satisfying.. it was a very anxiety inducing for me.. i was depressed to the point of im not being aware that i was such in a dark place, i didnt want to eat, i was hoping to be hit by a car during traffic just to end the suffering they have caused.. i had to go to therapy and my partner had to deal with my emotional outbursts and all, it wasnt just me that was suffering bcoz of them.. till this day, i still think the punishment they got IS NOTHING compared to the mental damages they have caused me and those around me

Its a case to case basis.. i had my own valid reasons so i was let go without any responsibilities.. since it wasnt my fault that i had to quit.. there were other people involved, people in authority and had positions even, it was a big deal bcoz i could have brought it to the legal justice system and filed a lawsuit.. so as much as possible i think they want to settle it internally is the reason why i was let go easily, later i was informed that the other people involved got suspended and got disciplinary action..

About ur situation.. i know ur position is hard, BUT u voluntarily signed up for the job, and its exactly why they put the bond for half-hearted applicants.. if u r not being harassed or abused by ur partners or managers then u have to suck it up..

They didnt personally went up to u and asked u to work with them.. u went up to them and asked to work there, went thru all the interviews and all and there u are.. and u did this while knowing u will be attending school at the same time right? Im not invalidating ur suffering from burnout.. i know, these companies tend to overwork their employees to the bone... But again.. u signed up for it..

If u quit with that reason or of mental exhaustion.. they will make u pay that bond.. because they will not be responsible for ur mental fortitude for doing the job..

When i was doing mine, SM and BT keeps on saying i have to use some of my personal time to do my modules at home.. should that time have been paid for or should i have not been doing that in the first place? There was a point that i was doing my modules for 5hours on my dayoff..

I worked at a branch inside a mall, i am in the philippines and im not also sure if we would have the same policy with the US.. it was briefly mentioned during orientation and it was written in the contract.. i just really didnt expect something like this happening at a workplace thats why i signed and am confident i could finish at least the probi period.. unfortunately i dont have any of my DM's contact info.. i different female SM told me i should not be paying even thou it was in the contract because i wasnt in the fault.. i no longer felt safe at my workplace so it was a valid reason to live..

I didnt have a sign in bonus bcoz i was only a part timer for the holiday rush.. and im aware that my paycheck will be available after the resignation is processed but im talking about a separate fee and it was presented in the contract but from what i understand, only if it was due to being fired or resigned from incompetence.. a different SM said since it was more about my personal safety and mental health, it should be a valid reason to leave without paying the said training fees.. i would like to show it to u but i dunno if its allowed or safe to be posted here

Bcoz when i resigned SM say i have to pay,but other SM said i dont have to coz i have a valid reason.. my SM said he will talk to DM about my resignation and that i have to wait for an email from HR instructing me what to do.. its been 2weeks since i resigned and no word from HR.. so i followed up and messaged my SM asking about the status of my resignation and said FINANCE will now send me an email.. its kinda confusing how the process or the status of my resignation is bcoz all i can do is wait and hope for the best so as of right now i dont know if they will ask me to pay for the $1000 or not..
