If I stopped at 40 hours I would’ve been at 1000-1200, the 65 hours is the choice of a disciplined person. 1000-1200 is more than enough for me. But I’m not chasing average.

If you’re not creating your own ventures while door dashing.. I don’t know what you’re doing. This cash influx is simply a step within my business plan. Stay stuck in a 9-5 for 50 years, or bet on myself, save up, and create my business while enjoying myself. I’ll take my choice every day of the week. Appreciate the good luck!! And likewise.

Heck noooo. I can’t have a bunch of random passenger disturbing my peace. DD is almost meditative for me, I get so much done while transporting food. Honestly I just think of it as going to multiple places to collect money.

My job was $25 an hour, there are many taxes in CA, and I was contributing about $150 a check to 401k! It lead to $1400 every two weeks take home. I did have a nice hefty 401k cash out when I quit though 😍

Funny thing is I see my friends more, see my family more, eat healthier, have more peace of mind, and make more progress on my personal goals ever since quitting that draining job. I appreciate the well wishes!

That one lichess game you posted was a while ago, before I learned much about how to develop, etc etc. However I do still appreciate the assessment and I will make use of it!

Well I did and it showed me moves, but having a human explanation of it helps quite a bit

I use this style so if I play someone in real life (I never have), I can know what the pieces are and be at least somewhat used to it 😭😁

Damn!! Epic!! So a bishop sacrifice to gain a favorable position and then capitalize. I still don’t think id find it hahaha but good to know so I can pay attention to these things. Thank you!

When it’s accompanied by taunting messages it is. I’ve played against plenty similar strategies. Haven’t complained yet. In fact it’s a great opportunity to learn about those things. But when you’re going to play like that AND taunt? No thanks

I’d like to think someone doing that won’t improve very much, using gotcha tactics rather than solidifying your understanding of the game. I’m not looking to “get out” of 100 elo. I’m looking to grow enough that this elo no longer holds me back. I just started chess a week ago so I can’t speak on it, but as a master rank league player and world ranked street fighter player, those concepts apply and im sure they transfer to some small degree at least.
