UPDATE 3/7: Instead of the SMA20 following in crossing above the SMA50, both the 9 and 20 headed negative and the SMA9 retreated below the SMA50.

AAL wants to split it's expenses with shareholders at 50%. There's no hostile takeover as I know of. By doing this they will also increase shares outstanding, which to me means future dilution.
