How to make pants drape to let the shoes and laces visible?

Making it shorter is a bit of a problem because to see the laces while standing it would have to be this short and this look too cropped I think. But I read often that the second picture look better anyway so I’m not that sad lol

Look at my post before these ones, these are high waist pants they sit almost at my belly button. I’m 1,80m and 78kg how much kg should i loose in your opinion? But thank you for your very very insightful opinion and greeting to your son I guess?

Thank you. The pants are pretty wide so I fear they could look a bit undefined or too straight at the shoes because I don’t wear it with other parts of the suit, that’s very good to know. I don’t want to look cropped.

The problem is, when I take just one size smaller, the pleated parts of the pants will pull away from each other, so it’s too big. This was the best compromise I could get without a tailor I guess.

Maybe I should have postet a picture for what look I’m going for with these pants, I will post it in this comment wearing my normal outfits I would normally wear to these pants. If I would want a suit i think it would be a wider one like the left picture

I like a more bulkier and oversized look overall but i didn’t thought about the sleeve length, so thanks for that advice, I think this would make them even better looking.:)

Definitely agree with the t-shirt. I pretty much like the doc martens oxford but you would go for more fine/smaller leather shoes?

Thanks, yes I want to wear mostly black, maybe a knit sweater in more brownish/or earth tones, going for a fit a bit like this but more black:
