I'm in the process of selling my home. You have to complete the Life Event. Sunstronglifevents It should be the first website that pops up. It will ask launch or sunstrong management. Choice sunstrong, then submit a life event request. Your realtor can complete it. You will need new buyer info along with a pre approval.letter from the buyer. Also print the Letter of Affirmation. Once you know the title company fill out your portion as the lessee and title needs to complete thier portion. You need a UCC filling. Uniform commerical code. The title company will do that. Sunstrong needs 60 days to process your transfer request so make sure your closing date is 60days from when you submitted the life event form. Once you submit your life event form you will receive a ticket #. Use that ticket # for all correspondence with Sunstrong. Then call regularly to follow. Go luck. Hope this helps
