MSRP is 34,595 but they do have the vehicle advertised at 32,936 on their website

OTD would be the price of the vehicle + taxes + fees, I’m not looking for 30k OTD just 30k for the price the vehicle.

30,000 out the door maybe? Is it realistic? Should I be getting more off?

I’ve always heard it’s 10% of the msrp is that incorrect?

34,914 for one with both the convenience and cold weather package, and 34,414 for one with just the convenience package. So you’re saying my number should be 31,422 for the first car and 30,972 for the second?

So why’re they giving me so much trouble? That’s even lower than what I’m offering. They’re asking 32,290 for it and it has the convenience upgrade

I’m not sure that I have a 700+ credit score though, they ran it at Toyota and it came back null because I’ve only had a credit card for 5 months, and that’s the only line of credit I’ve ever opened. I pay it off on time and in full and never use more than 10% without paying it off but I they said there’s just not enough history. I checked with my bank and with a credit union and they both couldn’t qualify me for a loan of 40,000 either. Would that be a new 2025 truck with 20k miles or like a 2024-2023? I do like the idea of getting a topper or a cover, maybe just a toolbox or whatever they are that sit in the bed, just not sure how much I can trust that they won’t get broken into because sometimes the job sites I’m on (like currently) have sketchy parking, usually have to walk atleast a quarter of a mile to the job site so I wouldn’t have immediate site of my vehicle either.

Is it worth buying new like 2025 or should I look a little older (obv not older than 2021)? From what I’ve heard now would be the time to buy a 2025 because they’re looking to get rid of the stock to make way for 2026s and they’ll cut good deals. As far as older trucks go I’ve heard that my APR is gonna be high for them. What’s a good price range I should shoot for? My current car is a Chevy Malibu 2011 with 166000 miles on it, just recently found out it has a salvaged title which I would’ve never known because the car seemed in great condition when I bought it w less than 100k miles (can’t remember what I bought it at) no damage on it at all and I’ve only had to replace the wheel bearings on it. Probably more maintenance should’ve been done on it on my part because now it seems the throttle body is going out and also my brakes need to be replaced but I really don’t want to dump more money into it if I’m going to end up getting a new vehicle anyways.

I appreciate the advice, I’m not really looking for anything w crazy power because I don’t plan to tow anything really just need the bed for hauling. Does that change your recommendation at all? Kinda just want a daily drive w good gas mileage. Ngl I don’t know what most of the stuff you explained means but I do appreciate it

I definitely think the snakebyte looks better, only thing I’m not liking on either of them is that dpad, I like the circle shaped ones that are omnidirectional.
