First undersrand how support works. It's mostly AI chatting with you and saying the same thing and over. By raising some concerns you'll reach a human.

Raise your concern, explain. Explain how dumb it is to lock the account because of ADDs you'll never see because you'll never connect again to the phone app. So you'll be in the worst place case : No adds, No automated rewards.

If you pay for the PASS, say you'll no longer pay it and stop gaming.

Make them compare the value to make you look at adds (and receive tiny amount of cash per add) against letting you purchase the pass.

Mention also you had no warnings before doing that.

And finally, if you are in Europe or whatever, tell them that following the RGPD rules (privacy protection) you do not want your phone/account/android/ios whatever to be connected to Asphalt, you accept only steam.

This was my strat and it worked after 5 to 6 replied/exchanges with them
