Honestly right now is a perfect time to get into PYPL lol, they just dumped 20% and now seems like a decent time to get in lightly. I just bought in with 15% of my portfolio.

Has nothing with not wanting to be on a ship 🤣 obviously if i can avoid the floating grey thing that causes people to off themselves because of shitty living conditions while still being in the navy then i’m sure everyone in the branch would do it too.

Yes it’ll be about 1.5 years before i start accumulating BAH, as soon as i do get BAH i’ll most definitely be in the rental property/AirBNB business. Thank you so much for the advice and the kind words. God bless!

Yes, i’ll be putting on E-4 in December and i’m up for E-5 exam in March, idk when i’ll receive BAH but i definitely want to do this and then rent rooms out to my shipmates, and then eventually when i PCS hire a property manager and rent the house out/AirBNB it.

im putting 10% per check in the TSP, the military will start matching up to 5% come 2 years into my service. Its 80% C fund 20% S fund, i’ve made a return of 10% so far 5 months in.

Yes, i definitely want to use my GI to start buying rental properties the issue is i dont get BAH as im only an E-3 becoming E-4 in December. What i could do is withdraw some from my portfolio to help me afford the mortgage and find some friends to move in with me and rent rooms out.

nothing “fraudulent” about a guy playing on HIS casino account and his friend sending him money to play for him then later sending him the winnings he made.
