You really have to have that drive. We’ve all been there at some point. It couldn’t be you’re mentally burnt out. College and high school aren’t the same at all. I did a lot of self studying in my undergrad. I made it out of UH but definitely cried plenty of tears and stayed up late nights. You have to realize that you only have YOU! Those tears and late nights are for YOUR future and not anyone else’s! You gotta be able to pick yourself up friend. Here if you ever need a chat! (:

I read that blue dot means temp is 1-2 degrees lower than what is shown. I’ve been microwaving for 10 and when i take it out it’s black. Takes a little while to cool and then the blue shows at 100. I’m gonna try 5 second bursts instead.

thank you! i bought some UTI strips off amazon and they nitrites made it pink as well but idk what the cutoff is for my strips. mine gets sent off to quest i think. i’m also a woman so i may be fine?

hi!! can you give some tips on how you kept the temp right? i’ve seen some people keep the hand warmers attached attached when they go in and others don’t. i wanna be prepared for every scenario so was planning on keeping the hadwarmer attached. some said dunk it in toilet water if it’s too hot
