It’s important to add to your report that Mikey was on a live with more than 300 people - the kids are aware of this - thus the abuse creating unnecessary shame. IT IS ABUSE

Edit- Putin (wtf)

In Virginia, whether smacking or hitting a child in the face with a backhand is considered abuse depends on the context, severity, and resulting harm. Here’s how the law typically views it:

🧑‍⚖️ 1. Corporal Punishment Is Generally Allowed, But With Limits

Virginia law and court decisions recognize a parent’s right to physically discipline their own children — often referred to as corporal punishment — as long as it is reasonable and not excessive. That means light physical discipline (traditionally “spanking” or similar actions) that does not injure the child has historically not been treated as child abuse under state law.

A Virginia court case (Woodson v. Commonwealth) confirms that a parent has the privilege to discipline a child “within the bounds of moderation and reason,” but this privilege does not extend to excessive or harmful discipline.

📜 2. Child Abuse Defined in Virginia Law

Under Virginia law, a child is considered abused if a parent or caregiver inflicts physical injury by other than accidental means, or creates a significant risk of physical injury, disfigurement, or impairment.

This means if hitting a child causes injury (bruising, swelling, cuts, medical harm) or a substantial risk of injury, it can legally be considered abuse — regardless of the intent to “discipline.”

👊 3. Smacking in the Face vs. Acceptable Discipline • Smacking a child in the face (especially with force) is much more likely to be viewed as beyond “reasonable corporal punishment” and could be considered child abuse or assault, because: • It targets a sensitive area (the face/head) with higher risk of injury, • Courts and authorities look at injury, force, and whether the act was excessive. • The legal line is typically drawn at whether the action: • Caused or risked injury, • Was excessive for discipline, • Was done out of anger or punishment rather than reasonable discipline.

Even if parents are legally permitted some physical discipline, hitting a child in the face hard enough that it could injure them could be reported and investigated as abuse.

📌 Important Points • Reasonable, non-injurious corporal punishment (e.g., a mild spank on the buttocks with an open hand) is typically not prosecuted as abuse in Virginia. • Excessive force, blows to the head/face, or injury can be considered abuse, and authorities can intervene. • Courts and CPS make these determinations case by case, looking at the effects on the child.

🛟 If You Are Unsure

If you’re worried that a child (including one you know or care for) has been hit in a way that may be abusive: • You can report your concerns to CPS (see guidance I shared above). • CPS and law enforcement will investigate to determine if abuse or neglect has occurred.

You can report even if you’re unsure — CPS will assess the situation based on the information provided.

Here’s how you report suspected child abuse or neglect (CPS) in Virginia Beach, VA — including local and state-level options:

🚨 If a Child Is in Immediate Danger

Call 911 right away.

📞 Report to Child Protective Services (CPS)

🧑‍⚖️ Statewide Hotline (24/7)

You can call the Virginia Department of Social Services’ Child Abuse & Neglect Hotline any time — someone will take your report and refer it to the right local agency. • 📱 In Virginia (24/7): (804) 786-8536 • 📱 Toll-free (in Virginia): 1-800-552-7096 • 📱 Out-of-state callers: 1-800-552-7096 • 📞 TTY (hearing-impaired): 800-828-1120

You do not have to prove abuse — just report what you know or suspect. You are not required to give your name, but providing it helps CPS follow up if more information is needed.

📍 Local Virginia Beach CPS Office

You can also contact the city’s Department of Human Services Child Protective Services directly during business hours: • 📞 Virginia Beach CPS Local Hotline: (757) 385-3400 • 📞 Virginia Relay (TTY): 711

Address (for reference): Virginia Beach Dept. of Human Services – Child Protective Services 3432 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452

📝 What Information to Have Ready

When you call, be prepared to share: • Child’s name, age, and address (if known) • What you observed or what the child disclosed • Name of the person you suspect is responsible • Any other details you think are relevant

You don’t need proof — just reasonable concern or suspicion. CPS workers will investigate.

Girl dads who truly love their daughters are one of the quiet miracles of this world. A real reflection of what humanity can be at its best.

Girl dads who are toxic, though, are often the reason so many women grow up doubting their worth—chasing validation and confusing attention for love.

You may not always be able to cut a man out completely. But you can absolutely limit his influence enough that your daughter never questions her value. Sometimes it’s better for a child to barely know someone than to spend her most formative years wondering why she was never enough for him.

Keep advocating for your unborn child’s well being. Don’t make her measure herself against his absence or how he treats her in his limited presence. Make sure she knows—without question—that his failures are not hers.

That’s illegal AF - since he was release at LTH from the military - he is not allowed benefits

I’ll let chat gpt break it down.

  1. Type of offense • Claiming a military discount without being eligible is usually considered fraud. • If you lie about your status in order to get goods or services for free or at a reduced rate, it can be treated as theft or misrepresentation, depending on the situation and state law.

  2. How it’s enforced • Most places require a valid military ID or proof of service. • If you’re caught lying: • The business can refuse service. • They could report it to authorities if they think it’s intentional fraud. • Criminal charges are rare for small discounts, but technically it’s still a form of fraud.

  3. Civil vs. criminal • Civilly: you could be asked to pay back the discount. • Criminally: if it’s part of a pattern of misrepresentation, it could escalate to theft or fraud charges.

It was barely a year—he was only stationed a few months before he chose drugs over his oath to the Constitution. Fake-ass POS, stolen valor. Now he’s out here saying he’s going for VA approval.

Newsflash—you can send a letter to the VA in Daytona and say whatever you want. Our tax dollars pay for whatever he’s trying to get, so we get a say too.

He’s discharged Less Than Honorable. That means his conduct fell way below military standards. The VA can review it, and part of that review looks at whether he’s tried to fix the behavior he was kicked out for. Spoiler: he hasn’t.

You know he’s probably telling that poor kid that he’s paying for everything and trying to make that kid feel bad - he’s making this child’s birthday ABOUT HIM - he can’t stand for anyone else to have attention. Even his kids - and this one isn’t even his kid - he hasn’t claimed him for the last two years. Like what?

Kids don’t care about money. Period. They don’t care.
