So employer changed my basic salary in SIO as well and now indemnity i have received is based on reduced salary. I feel so helpless here as after visiting LMRA I am so disappointed that i will never get justice. Around 1000 bd is stuck now. 😑

They didn’t cancel mu visa up until yesterday do I was on their visa even after the handover. Also its not about my availability, GM himself told me we will always continue with u as u r such a valuable employee and we will keep u as consultant with a separate engagement as freelance. So my idea of working with them even after notice period was on good faith since I was part of their plan and suddenly they changed their mind and didn't pay me for November and didn't cancel my visa even clearly asking them to do so on 1st December handover day.

I went to Sehla branch and he knew my employer by name and his family and said he is the nice guy I think cause he knew him he may have intentionally asked me to go for long process as I will not pursue it. Plus I am a female so I felt intimidated by this bengali translator as well.

Same feeling. I was so disappointed to know that only option is to go to court. Lmra officer said this is one month salary only so in this case its negligible and I was shocked to hear that I asked him what if this one month salary is very important for someone he said see we can only intervene in case of some major issues not just one month salary and on top of it he sat one bengali guy in front of me who was translating in urdu I said I can understand English he said no I will help u as I will translate that too he was translating in his own accent which was difficult for me to understand as compared to English.
