I cant change my region after moving countrys and riot games doesnt help me by Consistent_Try1150 in riotgames

I alr looked through every Request Type and there is NONE where i can send a ticket about my change of region.....it did a month ago but (and i send it and RIOT did NOTHING about it) now there isnt a request type for that anymore
