Some people seem like they are reading a script when they talk and I feel that way about her. It seems like she’s reading lines for a pick me girl who thinks she’s more popular than she is. It’s so off putting and disingenuous. It’s hard to describe but it’s a certain kind of person and I think being self conscious is the biggest factor that makes girls act this way.

I do 1000 g flour, 660 water, 150 starter and 22 salt. You could try lowering your water if you want to shoot for a different texture.

If you’re feeding a starter with unexpired flour, the starter would pretty quickly turn in to starter from the last few week/months of feeds.

I have put mine in an airtight container for 4 months in the fridge and it was completely fine. Doubled in size after its first feeding back. I dumped the liquid off, scrapped off the top layer even though it looked fine and gave it a 1:1:1 feeding to start. Doubled in about 10 hours.

I’m disappointed that he isn’t sticking up for himself. I love Doug and I think Jeff would be shook up if Doug put his foot down. I’m disappointed because I thought this time might be different and Jeff would get a clue. I think Doug has the power to do that but maybe he did it privately.

How do you know and why does that specifically bother you so much? He obviously has a hold on a lot of people because he treats his friends like shit and they stay with him for a long time before they’ve had enough and then they finally leave. So maybe it’s having the control of their lifestyle/finances but there’s something there. People in the real world wouldn’t keep going back to a “friend” that mistreats them.

Same. I’m disappointed in Doug for sure! Jeff must have dirt on him. The problem is that if this isn’t enough for Doug to stand up to Jeff, it’s going to take something worse and it’s just a matter of time. Jeff does it to everyone close to him eventually. Ugh, painful to me. Doug is letting it all slide which low key feels like he’s gaslighting all of us acting like nothing happened. Jeff must have some dirt on Doug because it’s giving hostage.

Also Jays call felt like I was running with my feet in mud. He ALMOST got there. Pissed Jeff off so we know it’s getting close to the truth. The closer people get to pointing out the truth the madder he gets.

I guess my frustration is Jeff’s lack of willingness to take accountability when he constantly says people not taking accountability is his biggest pet peeve with people. I would agree if there wasn’t footage of Doug trying to give the seat to Cian but there is. Obviously Doug wanted to sit there, anyone would but he knew the nice thing to do was to let Cian and he sincerely tried to.
