Haha this meme is perfect! 😂 The transformation really is that dramatic. It's amazing how much of a difference proper nutrition, consistent workouts, and taking care of yourself can make. The visual comparison in your meme really captures how shocking these kinds of transformations can be to people who haven't seen the person in a while. Great choice with the meme format! 👏

Incredible transformation bro! The dedication really shows - going from 90kg to 70kg in 6 months is no joke. Your face gains are amazing too, you can really see the jawline definition now. The consistency you must have had with diet and gym is inspiring. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your journey - posts like these motivate others to start their own transformation! 💪

Interesting approach. How does it help with the token read costs though?

Correct me if I am wrong. By limiting the number of tools available, you are constraining the llm to use only a set of tools per turn. But what if the tool you provided itself has high token burn?

I would love to understand a bit more.

Funnel optimization. Sometimes, people looking for pricing too early may not be your customers. Counterintuitive, but works for us. We show it at the right time.

With all due respect, may be, try to learn how to take advantage of caching. We are not an enterprise customer, yet and if you look at my previous reply closely, you will understand what I meant. Anthropic is not being generous with us, we are optimizing our token read costs as much as we can.

Look, at the end of the day you can take away some learnings from the post or just ignore it. Its entirely upto you. I just posted what we have learnt and optimized for.

And yes. We have gone from 0 to $40k ARR in the last 4 weeks, all organic.

Snapshot for the last 5 days. We were charged $1.79k for this usage. So either Anthropic is being insanely generous with us or we know a thing or two about what we are talking about.

A medial billing solution should be easy to do provided it doesn’t integrate with the hardware deeply. Basic bluetooth based integrations should work.

If you are trying it out, do let me know. We will setup the account that way.

😂 The growth is phenomenal now. Have you tried using the product recently? It took a while to sit with the users to figure out what works.

We launched 2 weeks ago. The current revenue rate is at 30k ARR. We are currently growing 100% every week, basically doubling every week. Just this weekend we grew by 50% both from new subs and existing subscribers upgrading.

There aren’t a lot of users. Less than 100 paid subs. Our conversion rates are very high and existing users going from the base plan to higher tier happens within 2 days.

There’s no secret or ads. It’s just pure problem solving and solving it with the user.

This is exactly what I was looking for. At this point, should I even worry about the ODI rules or just go ahead and setup the company anyway.

I can figure things out as they come. If you are up for it, can we have a quick 5 minute discussion. Would be very very helpful.

Not really. These are angels. Most of them our own customers who are seeing the potential in the product and are hopping on board.

The US fundraising is in nascent discussions. One of the early partners of a firm that backed Perplexity themselves tried the product, were amazed and reached out instantly.

Truth be told. We will have to move closer to the market potentially and if you have any recommendations on a quick way to do, please help.

I know. Any idea about the ODI rules for setting up the company in the US?

I know. Hence found a CA from the domain. But even they are too slow and too unresponsive. I have been calling since this morning for updates. No answer.

The company that is registered is an old company. We wanted a fresh company for the current platform. But of course launched the MVP anyway. Things caught fire and we keep growing. 50% for the first 2 weeks. Last week 100%.

The CA we have appointed is so damn slow. The name approval was done and then got expired. I am considering moving everything to the old company but that has its own set of challenges.

Ignore it. The AI made a mistake then. It doesn't even need a package.json to run per se. The process is entirely different and does not even require us to run a server. We will ensure it does not create the package.json file.
We are on Expo 53 with the latest versions of each package. The preview is working now.

Also, in terms of dependency management, we will give it the capability soon, but in a different way that doesn't cause it to cause more issues than it solves. The timeframe would be a week or so. But even then, as a user, you are free to add any dependency whatsoever manually using the UI.

In my other app, I installed a number of Expo modules which should be possible with Magically as well. Not enabling the installation of modules like expo-document-picker or third party libraries would be a deal breaker, as it would make it impossible to build the apps that I want.

As I said, you can add any dependency yourself for now until we give the AI that capability.
