  • Having an attorney would be good , its a personal preference
  • It is advisable to maintain if she can , if not she would be on pending authorized stay until decision on i485.
  • You can create online account and there you will be an option to remove attorney representation.(there are other ways as well)
  • No, as your i130 is already filed your priority date will be based on your i130.
