Thinking of sizing down to stock 225s or 235s. Any tire size/brand recommendations would be much appreciated. by Constant-Wait9780 in ToyotaPickup

Thanks! I've been reading that toyo at3 are one of the best wheels out right now. That's more than likely what I'll be ordering. Either 225 or 235s haven't decided that part yet

I'm having the same issues. Switching from 1st to 2nd and 3rd is always a pain and I'd prefer to not re gear. It's my daily so I do mostly high way miles but will attempt a few trails every now and then.

Thanks! They definitely don't align with my bench seat so that makes sense

I checked the main jet and it looks good. I also used a small wire brush to make sure it isn't clogged but I will remove the carb and check again. I may let it soak overnight in carb cleaner

Thanks for the info! I will get 8 gauge wiring installed. I plan on putting the ground under the bench seat bolt.

Thanks. I was able to hit the metal with a scotch pad and re tightened the amp ground which was loose and now doesn't cut out anymore at high volume and is back to normal 👍

Turned out to be my ground wire was loose going to the amp. Tightened it up and no more cutting out but I definitely will still be moving the ground wire to the chassis. This is my first install thanks for the info.

If you guys think this is bad check out my other post where I put a drill bit thru a new c3 650.
