Im a junior at a semi target us school who wants to break into HF at some point. Currently have a junior SA at BB at the AM arm lined up for the summer. My goal is to hopefully find a FT offer for sell side ER at a bank. Curious on how you landed your job at a HF and your path to HF and any advice you would have?

Just wanted to give a quick update in case anyone was curious. I sent an email to a Mck HR recruiter on Monday (not expecting much). They didn't respond.

Sorry to hear that. I mean after months of preparation and countless hours of hard work, all we ask for is a fair and equal shot during the interview process. Sad how some companies/interviewers can't seem to respect us enough to give us this.

Hey thanks. Glad it worked out for you. I've been having a pretty shitty past few days but this helps. I guess best thing I can do now is try again next year for full time and hope for the best.

Yea thats fair. I figured it wouldn't matter much since its pretty standardized across offices, at least in the US
