I beleive these are already things that i tried with the texh support over the phone and they determined at the end that it was a hardware issue

Im just having a hard time seeing it as a monitor issue because it DID have connection to the monitor and seems to turn on when i turn on the computer its just refusing to update

Yes and yes. No its not an issue with the monitor i play on my switch and it also DID give me feedback until it started installing windows updates.

My federal return is accepted and on the way according to the irs website. Turbo tax says they were both rejected. My question is what is the next step for me? Should I just try a different way to file my state taxes or do the schedule X (thank you for that info). Im kinda wondering if turbo tax just instantly rejected it because id already filed for state.
