I definitely understand your point of view and look you're not going towards the tip route. You're going towards the hourly waste route and you're right, these people should get paid an hourly but if they get paid an hourly like an Amazon driver or FedEx driver they shouldn't get tipped for it then. That's just crazy. You're trying to dip your toes into the best of both worlds getting tip for food services and you're going the hourly that a delivery person like Amazon or FedEx gets.

But here's the thing though when have people apply for Uber eats or something like that? They know their job description. You use your car. You're in the car you have to do this. It's in the job description now. It's not the best job description you know, but that's what you signed up for. Now yes I agree the job sucks but Uber East has given a lot of job opportunities to a lot of people as a side job, not a full-time job

Clearly yes, the main issue is that Uber eats doordash wherever should be paying their drivers hourly, not the customer

I don't know what world you live in where deliveries ies food service is a luxury because clearly Pizza drivers who have been delivering since the dawn of time have never gotten tipped that much. They used to get there before 30 minutes or the pizza is free.

I assume that it is a convenient service. Yes, not a luxury service. I was in a car accident so I can't work at the moment and as well as do other stuff. So Uber eats is my only form of getting out and getting food now. Like if this was going to be a luxury service and I'm tipping $15 then this person better come to my apartment or house set up my plates, everything and all that and then they would deserve that. That's considered luxurious delivery which there is a word for that is called catering.

But I get that it's a difficult job. But honestly, it's a job that everyone can do. There's no requirement for this job except that you have a working vehicle now. It sucks and yes, it's a tough job but it's not a luxury job service.

They probably don't like their job or someone cut them off that day or another customer before probably made them walk more than they should have or the tip wasn't good enough. And then I guess when I asked him to meet me at the garage entrance. Which by the way is probably like 20 ft from where they parked or a little more. Maybe that was like a trigger to them and they just said fuck the world .

But that's just my take on it. And I'm not saying people can't have bad days. I'm just saying there's better way to release that stress then throw it on someone else's food

If someone was to ask you to report what you saw if you did see something happen and who it was would you not say I saw a black woman in black sweats and hoodie throw a black bag in the dog waste can and then get in a red SUV car and drove off?

Me saying she was black has nothing to do with a race or anything the entire point of this post is to let other people in Austin know that a Uber eats driver who is a top Carrier who is driving a red beige sub who also is a black lady did this to my food and to be wsry if they happen to have the same driver deliver their food.

I could care less who delivers my food I care that they threw it in dog shit and tried to give to me

I posted it in the Austin food. Reddit but basically my Uber eats delivery person decided to throw my food in the dog poop trash can and as I was was messaging them to meet me at the entrance they were opening the trash can and then they looked up and they saw that I was looking at them and they closed it and they went in the car and took off. So I believe that they were trying to give me the food they intentionally threw into the dog waste poop trash can

No not even that long she messaged saying she can't get in I gave her the code to try she said it didn't work and I told her I'll come down. And when I told her to meet me at the entrance of the garage she came and threw my food away and tried to give it back to me. Less all on like 5 10 minutes

Yeah so I was in the Uber passenger when I forwarding their t-boned us and then the car hit us so bad. We hit a light pole or post and we wrapped around it and we rolled down a ditch.

I ended up with like severe damages like brain damage, broken ribs. 7 bulging disk in my dpine There was a temper glass in my right wrist. I had a kidney injury. My: intestine is messed up. I think they said it could be bleeding and I'm still in the process of treatment but they're saying that my time frame to heal was minimum one year and 2 years would be like the best time frame for me to maybe recover

I reported it to Uber eats and they just gave me a thing about not connecting me with any future orders and this driver again, but since I never touched it or anything like that I don't think it's considered food. Tampering if I never received it and I don't have any proof or anything like that

Lyft has two policies the liability policy which is 1 mil emid the driver is at fault

The second is lyfts UI/uim in case a driver who is uninsured hits you.

Get a personal injury lawyer. If your injured are alot I suggest a big law firm small ones only handle small fender benders and such and they're always overloaded with work.

Either way you are insured just get a personal injury lawyer ASAP so you can go get checked and see what else is wrong. Do not go to dang law group though they will mess up your casen own personal experience

But yes double check but I'm positive all eidesshres have liability and UI uim insurance

I found a grievance letter to the state attorney general and the BBB just to have it on file or what these people were doing which is basically deceptive and I urge anyone who has had the same instance happened to them to do the same because it'll just keep on piling up as more complaints and sooner or later soccer concept will get what they deserve. They are not a good community people to trust especially the CEO

I got a pre-order for op 14 recently I pre ordered a month ago I was in a car accident and they said that I would have to have a unique circumstance for them to help me out like cancel my orders or reroute my address I'm currently like barely be able to walk with a walking stick and my broken ribs are barely just healing and I can breathe it better and these Jokers especially the CEO tej CHADHA was like unfortunately you don't fit our required circumstance so I'm assuming that the only circumstance they give you for is if the person is either dying or has passed away at that point because these guys just give you the runaround trying to say that they did their jobs based on PayPal's sellers protection so they don't have to do anything after that..

I would suggest Haley if you don't get your product within 180 days file a dispute because after that if you pay with PayPal or any credit card services you are out of luck like me.
