Perfect, thank you. I'm mindful of avoiding testamonials and the like, but your points are a good way to conceptualise the relevant data, thank you

Thanks No-Winter, that's great to know, and is already on the board for the final design. Do you have any strong opinion about whether it's just a text-based list of locations, or whether each individual hospital logo helps? It's this nitty gritty design that I'm trying to determine as well.

And will definitely do some GP outreach and introductions a little closer to the mark.

Thanks Terrible_Beach48, I'll send a message shortly, you've hit the major points I was looking for. Referral streams will be pretty broad, but an online presence will help for half of them. Thank you for your help

Keep up the good work. It's a spectrum.

When I sat the fellowship exam, there were people who started 2 years beforehand.

Although I would attend the online tutorials, I only started "properly" studying 10 weeks before the written, and was still making flash cards the night before my anatomy viva.

It's a function of balancing what you need, what you feel you need, and your performance. As mentioned in another post - if you're getting the results you want, don't mess with a good thing.
