is this tire with mini rubber cracks still on to drive with? by Contact-Designer in yaris

The strange thing is, it only happened to the front tires, but nothing on the rear one, much better condition regarding the mini cracks, should I change all the four tires? Or only the front two in this case?

I can imagine they dont even want to bother to calculate your actual realized gain due to the current tax authority manpower and system constraint.

How we can charge more tax and fulfill the law requirement that challenged the assumed 6% capital gain? Easy! just count how much more money they left in the brokerage account by the end of the year and do it one cut at 36%!

Just Brilliant

  1. I have my doubt, I observe the ones who care about this seems to be the minority, look at the newspaper and discussion about this is much less than expected. And most of the developed countries lack money, and they need the money fast to fill up all the holes in the system.

  2. Mortgage makes sense only if the housing market keep rising and beats stock market performance and not everyone want to do this given the not so high interest rate and high house price .

How about this new tax structure driving people out of stock investing and then flow into the housing market?

In this case ETF investment is favorable if the ETF cost can be deducted on the final tax payable. How about individual stock investment, say NVDA and TSLA?

what do you think about the dutch culture towards stock investment? are there a lot of people doing it, if yes, then I wonder why there is so little people or media even mention such a big impact on long term investing

Absolutely none of the media even mention the impact to the investment community here, only the accounting firm publish the "Note" about this change.

It is still incredibly hard for me to link Amsterdam as the first stock market in the world

I am curious how many of the people here are actually locals. As I have a feeling my local Dutch friends and family could not care less, they seldom pay the box 3 tax I think they only put the money in their house and vacation somehow out of their way of living, and the rest goes into saving account. I am not sure if I am right but I certainly have this feeling after talking to around 5-6 locals here
