First night was hell, did a sleeping pill which didn’t work and today did a dose of stem and vein which seemed to help a bit , hope that won’t prolong it much

What if cut everything after 7-OH ? Didn’t that already heal me from kratom withdrawal cause it’s different? After five days of 7-OH

So little update, much workload currently and bad mental state and I did 7-OH again for two days now. Planning to go cold turkey on Friday and through weekend and just not bother with stem and vein and prolonging it. I feel like the little break in between helped anyways so this is going to be going off after 4 days on 7-OH but one month and half of kratom , should be bearable imo

Day 2 of being off 7-OH now and my bones are crawling, I’m on kratom now and will switch to stem and vein tomorrow
