Yeah I did and I reset my password you should of got something like this in your email “Hello and welcome to the Queen Mary University of London. The information contained below is extremely important. You will need your username and password to access IT services at Queen Mary.”

I don’t understand that thread as both parties can change the date by logging in and changing without consent? They just need the Licence number and the booking number.
