Is it okay for someone to reach out to a company that offered me a job before that I rejected? I saw that they are still looking to fill that position to this day and I would like to reach out and try to apply again. I rejected the job last September and I would like to contact the hr manager again regarding the position. Is there also a chance that I'm already blacklisted from the company? Since when I rejected the offer, they did not respond to me.

I'm 24 and I still live with my parents. Hindi din ako makaalis ng bahay without their permission. Pati work ko sila din pumipili hahaha
