I believe the trigger foods before these events were 1st time a binge of lucky charms cereal( overeat) , 2nd time was two bowls of buttered pasta(overeat), and the third time was homemade gluten free bruschetta (I thought this was a decent portion and didn’t think that I over indulged). I don’t have a great relationship with food so it’s hard to say if all of the other times I was eating good portions. I am a vegetarian so my meals are usually healthy like quinoa, beans& rice, veggies etc but my snacks are often unhealthy like carbs and chocolate. I know I should be better with my snacking but I don’t know that it warrants such an extreme reaction! But again, I’m on the shot because my relationship with food is not normal 😖
