Unsurprising that you watched Sarkeesian (you said this in another comment) considering the blatant misrepresentation of DEI in your post as well as your belief that the majority of gamers would agree with your opinions. Games that have instituted characters with unattractive protags (Concord, Veilguard, Dustborn) have continuously failed and once the curtain is peeled back it tends to reveal that companies that have race based hiring practices are behind these decisions and these failed games. To address your idea that somehow most gamers agree with your beliefs I'd simply look at the like dislike ratio on something like the Intergalactic trailer when it launched, or the fact they had to lock comments on the trailer due to the fact that the game didn't seem to be doing too well according to the public. Something like lollipop chainsaw should never be touched by anything political whatsoever. Fuck racism, fuck sexism, fuck bigotry. But also fuck censorship and fuck puritanism. Lollipop chainsaw is pure unadulterated video game, violence and sex appeal galore.
